If you have not signed up for Twitter, here are the step by step instructions:

1. Goto http://twitter.com/        
2. Select Join
3. Fill out the  username/password etc. and select Create Account
4. Select Skip
5. Select Skip
6. Select Settings
7. Select the Devices tab
8. In the Mobile Phone field put in your mobile phone number preceded by +1.  For example +18585550000
9. Select the check box for It’s okay for Twitter to send txt messages to my phone. Standard rates apply.
10. Select Save at this time it will ask you to text a message to verify that your phone is a valid phone.

Next select the groups you would like to follow

• In your web browser, goto http://twitter.com/ns10ugold
• Select Follow
• Select Devices Updates Off (Steps C & D turn on the updates to your phone on)
• Click On
